Womenra.com , its principals, and/or its associates are not liable for any product (including drugs and medications) withheld, for any reason, by any Importation Authority, Government Authority, or Legal Body. (Please note: though Womenra.com does not accept liability under these circumstances, we will re-ship the order again free of charge). See Notes 8 & 9.

All products are sold subject to the prevailing terms and conditions written below. You agree that they bind you when you purchase of any products on this web site.

1. Womenra.com will only accept orders subject to these terms and conditions. All terms and conditions are final and binding.

2. The contract of sale shall be between Womenra.com (hereinafter referred to as "The Merchant") and "The buyer.” You are purchasing the product/service from Womenra.com via our merchant processors. The terms “We” or “we” refer to Womenra.com . and /or our merchant processors.

3. The buyer accepts full and absolute liability for the use of all products and services supplied by merchant processors. The buyer affirms that they will only use these products under the guidance of their physician and in compliance with the laws pertaining to their own country.

4. The buyer is responsible for confirmation of personal importation requirements where required. Products are not available where prohibited by law.

5. The buyer pledges, when placing an order, that they hold The Merchant, their directors, partners, management and card processors free of any and all legal action and prosecution howsoever caused. This includes any entrapment procedures perpetrated by law enforcement, and government agencies and agents.

6. The buyer affirms that he or she is of legal age in his or her country of origin.

7. We ship your order to you via International Air Mail. Every package has a tracking or shipping number, which we will provide upon The buyer’s request. Package loss is extremely unusual. The time necessary to receive a package is 3 to 6 weeks depends upon the location of the country of the buyer.

8. We package orders in a manner that avoids or greatly reduces the incidence of package seizure by foreign customs. If customs seizes any product, the monetary loss lies with The buyer and we are in no way liable. At The Merchant’s sole discretion, however, we will re-ship the order free of charge, pending any outstanding enquiries. The buyer must immediately inform The Merchant in the event of subsequent release of the original order. We have no obligation to re-ship a product if the buyer purchases the product for resale purposes.

9. We carefully package items to avoid and reduce product damage. We are not responsible for any product damage or loss incurred during transit. If a package fails to arrive within thirty business days from the date of your order, at The Merchants sole discretion, we will re-ship your order free of charge pending any outstanding enquiries. The buyer must immediately inform us in the event of subsequent arrival of the original order. (Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public or religious holidays).

10. All orders are final, and cannot be changed or terminated once placed.

11. The Merchant does not offer medical advice or consultation; we provide information for educational purposes only.

12. The Merchant reserves the right to refuse orders.

13. Most medication instructions and labeling are in English. Some of our merchant processors, in Europe and the Far East, however, may provide medication instructions and labeling in a language other than English. In this event, we recommended that The buyer be familiar with the drug's profile before ordering.

14. We do not tolerate credit card fraud. We have a strict policy regarding fraud. Our technology allows us to identify and track fraudsters. When we discover a fraudulent credit card order, or chargeback attempt despite receipt of an order, we report the offense to authorities in the offenders' local area. We prosecute to the full extent of the law. We also publish the offender’s name and identity.

15. Other conditions not covered in these Terms and Conditions will be determined by The Merchant. The Merchant’s decision will be final.

16. Any products or services purchased by The buyer from a third party web site linked from Womenra.com are sold subject to the terms and conditions of the third party web site. We not accept any responsibility for the sale of products or services from said third party web site, and we are held harmless against any claims pertaining thereto.  

17. The Merchant carries transactions between The Merchant and The buyer over a secure link. We encode all card processing for your security. We will perform an online authorization of The buyer’s card, and if cleared, we will debit The buyer’s account. We thoroughly investigate all cases of credit card fraud.

18. We do not ship to Sweeden, Denmark, Romania, Yugoslavia, Latvia, Ukraine, Indonesia, Hungary, Estonia, or any country in Africa.
